Long and Descriptive titles increases keywords of your web page. Search engines consider keywords to be far more relevant if they appear in the title or headline of the page. If you want to increase traffic to your blog or site, you can do so by simply reviewing your titles.

Example :
If you have written an article on Computers, then instead of naming it as "Computers" you should use descriptive titles such as " Latest News On Computers And Technology " or " Free Articles on Computer Technology ".
